For account questions, gameplay help, privacy requests, or other assistance, open More → Contact us in JustGammon. This is the recommended way to contact us from the game.

You can also use the JustGammon contact form (opens in a new tab) in your browser, without signing in.

If you prefer email, or cannot open the application, write to support@justgammon.com. We reply to the email address you provide in the form or use to send your message.

Report a bug

For a problem in the game:

1. Open More.
2. Select Report a bug.
3. Choose the appropriate report type.
4. Add a short summary and explain what you were doing, what happened, and what you expected.

While the game board is focused, pressing Shift+G opens the same report flow.

Useful reports include:

• The game mode and device you were using
• Your browser and operating system
• The steps that reproduce the problem
• Any error message you received
• Whether reconnecting or resynchronizing changed the result

Do not include passwords, access tokens, or other secrets.

Suggestions

The in-app report flow also accepts improvement ideas. Describe the problem your suggestion would solve and how you expect the feature to work.
