Use the JustGammon Contact Support form (opens in a new tab) for account questions, gameplay help, privacy requests, or other assistance.

You can also open More → Contact Support inside the game.

Report a bug

For a problem in the game:

1. Open More.
2. Select Report a bug.
3. Choose the appropriate report type.
4. Add a short summary and explain what you were doing, what happened, and what you expected.

While the game board is focused, pressing G opens the same report flow.

Useful reports include:

• The game mode and device you were using
• Your browser and operating system
• The steps that reproduce the problem
• Any error message you received
• Whether reconnecting or resynchronizing changed the result

Do not include passwords, access tokens, or other secrets.

Suggestions

The in-app report flow also accepts improvement ideas. Describe the problem your suggestion would solve and how you expect the feature to work.
