1. About these terms

JustGammon (available at justgammon.com) is developed and operated by Emanuel Boboiu, an individual developer based in Romania. By creating an account or using JustGammon, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. The service

JustGammon is an online backgammon platform where you can:

Play backgammon against other players or against a computer opponent
Create or join private games using a join code
Spectate ongoing games
Chat with other players during a game
Review your game history and statistics

3. Accounts

You must create an account to play. You may sign in directly or via a supported third-party provider (Google, Facebook, or Apple).
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
You must provide accurate profile information and may not impersonate another person.

4. Acceptable use

When using JustGammon, you agree not to:

Use cheating tools, bots, or automation to gain an unfair advantage (other than the built-in “Play vs. Bot” mode)
Harass, abuse, or send unlawful content to other players via chat
Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the service or other users’ accounts
Use the service for any unlawful purpose

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. User content

Messages you send via in-game chat and any content you submit through bug reports or support requests remain your responsibility. Do not submit content that is unlawful, abusive, or infringes on the rights of others.

6. Availability

JustGammon is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and features may change, be added, or be removed over time.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JustGammon and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

8. Termination

You may stop using JustGammon and request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate access to the service for violation of these terms or for operational or legal reasons.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated “Last updated” date on this page. Continued use of JustGammon after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania and, where applicable, European Union law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
